高温介质进入冷却塔中，由喷淋系统将水喷淋而下，形成水汽状态，一部分热气直接被风机带出塔外,其余热水流经填料表面形成水膜和空气进行热交换,风机抽入的干冷空气经填料特殊设计的风道与水流充分接触，将热量快速带走,水迂回流出填料至底部集水盆的过程中,经过了若干次新空气与水的热交换,回到集水盆的水温度大大降低，满足系统正常工作的水温要求。

High-temperature medium enters the cooling tower. The spray system sprays water downward, forming a water mist state. Part of the hot air is directly expelled by the fan, while the remaining hot water flows over the filler surface, forming a water film for heat exchange with air. The dry, cool air drawn in by the fan fully contacts the water flow through specially designed air channels in the filler, rapidly carrying away the heat. As the water meanders out of the filler to the bottom collection basin, it undergoes multiple heat exchanges with fresh air and water. The water returning to the collection basin is significantly cooled, meeting the water temperature requirements for normal system operation.
Structural Features:
1. The DXKN series all-steel open counterflow cooling tower features a tower body, water tank, water distribution system, support frame, and other components made of steel, offering excellent sealing, strength, and stability. It uses an integrated fan unit, effectively avoiding vibration caused by fan operation.
2. The internal structure is compact, with a small footprint and relatively high height.
3. Designed with air intake from all sides. The air inlet has a honeycomb-style inlet grille to prevent sunlight entry. The inlet grille is easily removable for convenient cleaning of the collection basin.
