在开式横流冷却塔中,高温介质先进入塔顶布水盆,通过喷嘴均匀喷淋到填料表面,重力作用下流经填料的各个孔。同时干冷空气从塔两側格栅进入,横向掠过填料和水流。在此过程中部分水被蒸发,带走热量。湿热空气通过塔顶风机排到大气中,同时冷却后的水收集到底部集水槽,流回客户的设备。
结构特点:

In an open crossflow cooling tower, the high-temperature medium first enters the water distribution basin at the top of the tower. It is then evenly sprayed onto the surface of the fill via nozzles and flows through the fill's pores under gravity. Simultaneously, dry, cool air enters from the louvers on both sides of the tower, flowing horizontally across the fill and water stream. During this process, part of the water evaporates, carrying away heat. The warm, humid air is exhausted to the atmosphere by the fan at the top of the tower, while the cooled water is collected in the bottom sump and returns to the customer's equipment.
Structural Features:
1. The DXKH series all-steel open crossflow cooling tower features a tower body, water basin, water distribution system, support frame, and fan cylinder all made of steel, offering excellent sealing, strength, and stability. The integrated fan design effectively avoids vibration caused by fan operation.
2. The DXKH series open crossflow cooling tower adopts a modular design. Each unit features air intake from two sides, and the intake area remains unchanged after module combination, making it suitable for multi-module parallel connection.
3. The air inlet height equals the fill height, resulting in low inlet air velocity and low motor power consumption.
4. In the DXKH series open crossflow cooling tower, the lower portion of the fill is partially submerged in water. This allows water flowing over the fill surface to directly enter the water basin, effectively reducing noise.
5. The tower body is equipped with an access door, and the centrally located large fan provides ample space inside the tower for maintenance and cleaning.
