DXBGS系列闭式干湿联合冷却塔联合了空气冷却和蒸发冷却的换热优势,可以实现干、湿联合运行。高温介质经过顶部的干式翅片管,与高速掠过的气流进行对流换热,从而带走部分热量以降低温度;随后,介质流向湿式冷凝盘管,在那里通过喷淋水的蒸发冷凝过程吸收热量,进一步实现降温。
结构特点:
DXBGS系统闭式干湿联合冷却塔在环境温度较高时,可设置蒸发冷却为换热主体,空气冷却为辅助,大部分热负荷由蒸发冷却承担。当环境温度较低时,可设置空气冷却为换热主体,蒸发冷却为辅助,大部分热负荷由空气冷却承担,蒸发冷却可停水干运行(停喷运行)。智能化控制动态调整冷却功率,切换运行模式(如冷模式、风冷+喷淋模式),可最大程度实现循环水冷却过程的节水、节约运行费用的目的。在西北干旱地区等缺水场景中,干湿联合闭式塔的节水率优势尤为突出,相较于开式塔节水70%左右,相较于普通闭式塔节水 15%-25%,可平衡节水与冷却效能矛盾。
由于干式翅片冷凝器对循环介质的先行降温,进入湿式冷凝器的温度也相应降低,能够有效延缓湿式冷凝器的结垢。

The DXBGS series closed-circuit dry-wet combined cooling tower integrates the heat exchange advantages of air cooling and evaporative cooling, enabling combined dry and wet operation. The high-temperature medium first passes through the dry finned tubes at the top, where convective heat exchange with the high-speed airflow removes part of the heat to lower the temperature. Subsequently, the medium flows to the wet condenser coil, where heat is absorbed through the evaporative condensation process of the spray water, achieving further cooling.
Structural Features:
In the DXBGS series closed-circuit dry-wet combined cooling tower, when the ambient temperature is high, evaporative cooling can be set as the primary heat exchange method with air cooling as auxiliary, with most of the heat load borne by evaporative cooling. When the ambient temperature is low, air cooling can be set as the primary method with evaporative cooling as auxiliary, with most of the heat load borne by air cooling, and the evaporative cooling can operate dry (spray off). Intelligent control dynamically adjusts cooling power and switches operation modes (e.g., dry mode, air cooling + spray mode), maximizing water conservation and reducing operating costs in the circulating water cooling process. In water-scarce scenarios such as arid regions in Northwest China, the water-saving advantage of the dry-wet combined closed-circuit tower is particularly prominent, saving approximately 70% water compared to open cooling towers and 15%-25% compared to ordinary closed-circuit towers, effectively balancing water conservation and cooling performance.
Since the dry finned condenser pre-cools the circulating medium, the temperature entering the wet condenser is correspondingly reduced, effectively delaying scaling in the wet condenser.
