DXBH-TS系列属于诱导通风型横流冷却塔,在工作中,干燥的冷空气从塔体两个侧面和顶部进入,两个侧面冷空气横向同时经过两侧填料,顶部冷空气同时顺向经过两组冷凝器盘管都变成湿热空气,最后由顶部中间风机排到大气中。
结构特点:
1、采用三面进风设计,易于靠墙放置或多联组布置,适合做大流量冷却。其中填料位于下方,冷凝器置于上方,顶部进风与淋水流的方向成顺向,侧面进风与喷淋水流的方向成直角,亦可称之为复合流。
2、此结构两侧两组冷凝器及两组填料,可两侧冷凝器冷却不同介质,也可降两侧冷凝器串联或并联使用。整体高度相对较高,中间大风机(也可制作四台小风机),检修空间大。由于填料置于下方,喷淋管上方进风,易于对水槽进行清理,对填料、喷淋管、喷头进行清理及更换。
3、噪音低,由于填料置于下方并且没入一小部分到水槽内,喷淋水流经填料后直接就流入水槽,能够有效降低喷淋水的噪音。
4、喷淋水槽可选配高低板设计,能够减少运行重量40%以上,高板部分能作为检修通道,更加易于检修时人员的通行及作业。

The DXBH-TS series belongs to the induced draft crossflow cooling tower. During operation, dry, cold air enters from both sides and the top of the tower body. The cold air from the two sides flows horizontally through the fill media on both sides simultaneously, while the cold air from the top flows concurrently through the two sets of condenser coils, all becoming warm, humid air, which is finally exhausted to the atmosphere by the central fan at the top.
Structural Features:
1. Features a three-sided air intake design, making it easy to place against walls or arrange in multiple units, suitable for high-flow cooling. The fill media is located at the bottom, and the condenser is placed above. The top air intake is concurrent with the spray water flow direction, while the side air intakes are perpendicular to the spray water flow direction, which can also be termed as a composite flow.
2. This structure includes two sets of condensers and two sets of fill media on both sides. The condensers on both sides can cool different media or be used in series or parallel. The overall height is relatively high, with a large central fan (or optionally four smaller fans), providing ample maintenance space. As the fill media is placed at the bottom and air enters above the spray pipes, it facilitates easy cleaning of the water basin and maintenance/replacement of the fill media, spray pipes, and nozzles.
3. Low noise. Since the fill media is placed at the bottom and partially submerged in the water basin, spray water flows directly into the basin after passing through the fill, effectively reducing spray water noise.
4. The spray water basin can be optionally designed with high and low plates, reducing operational weight by over 40%. The high plate section can serve as a maintenance walkway, making personnel access and operations during maintenance easier.
