DXBH-DS系列属于诱导通风型横流冷却塔,在工作中,干燥的冷空气从塔体侧面和顶部进入,侧面冷空气横向经过填料,顶部冷空气顺向经过冷凝器盘管,都变成湿热空气,最后由顶部风机排到大气中。在此过程中,持续进行热交换并带走闭式循环中工作流体的热量。

 

 

结构特点:

1、采用双面进风设计(侧面进风口方向可根据现场情况进行镜像制作),易于靠墙放置。其中填料位于下方,冷凝器置于上方,顶部进与淋水流的方向成顺向,侧面进风与喷淋水流的方向成直角,亦可称之为复合流。

2、此结构整体高度相对较高,空气阻力小,检修通道大。由于填料置于下方,喷淋管上方进风,易于对填料、喷淋管、喷头清理进行清理及维修更换。

3、噪音低,由于填料置于下方并且没入一小部分到水槽内,喷淋水流经填料后直接就流入水槽,能够有效降低喷淋水的噪音。

4、喷淋水槽为高低板设计,能够减少运行重量30%以上,高板部分能作为检修通道,更加易于检修时人员的通行及作业。

The DXBH-DS series belongs to the induced draft crossflow cooling tower. During operation, dry, cold air enters from the sides and top of the tower. The side air flows horizontally through the fill, and the top air flows parallel through the condenser coil, both becoming hot and humid air, which is then exhausted to the atmosphere by the top-mounted fan. Throughout this process, continuous heat exchange occurs, removing heat from the working fluid in the closed circuit.

 

 

Structural Features:

1. Features a dual-side air intake design (the side intake direction can be mirrored based on site conditions), making it easy to place against a wall. The fill is located at the bottom, and the condenser is placed above it. The top air intake is parallel to the spray water flow direction, while the side air intake is perpendicular to the spray water flow, which can also be termed as a compound flow.

2. This structure has a relatively taller overall height, low air resistance, and large maintenance access. As the fill is placed at the bottom and air enters above the spray pipes, it facilitates easy cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of the fill, spray pipes, and nozzles.

3. Low noise. Since the fill is placed at the bottom and partially submerged in the water basin, spray water flows directly into the basin after passing through the fill, effectively reducing spray water noise.

4. The spray water basin features a high-low plate design, which can reduce operational weight by over 30%. The high plate section can serve as a maintenance walkway, making personnel passage and operations during maintenance easier.
